Yes. Limited-Time cards can be traded like other cards and follow the normal trading rules/limits.

Do Limited-Time cards have Gold variants?

Yes. Limited-Time cards support both Normal and Gold variants.

What happens to duplicate Limited-Time cards when the event ends?

When the event ends, any duplicate Limited-Time cards are converted into cash. You should see this pop up on your screen after the rollover.
