The App Is Not Loading or Is Stuck on the Loading Screen?
1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a strong and stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
2. Restart the App:
- iOS: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap the Home button), then swipe up on the app preview to close it. Relaunch the app.
- Android: Go to your Recent Apps list (usually a square or three vertical lines button), find the game app, and swipe it away to force close it. Relaunch the app.
3. Restart Your Device: A simple device restart can often resolve temporary glitches.
Check for Updates: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to see if a newer version of the game is available.
Are you Experiencing Sync Issues or your Progress Isn't Saving?
1. Verify Your Login: Make sure you are signed in with the correct account (e.g., Facebook Account, Google Play Games, or an in-game account) that holds your save data.
2.The best way to sync all your devices to the same account is through Facebook. If you connect with Facebook when you start playing, you'll be able to connect any device to your account through Facebook.
3. iOS and Android:
- iOS: If you don't have Facebook, you are only able to sync your device with the same OS type. For example, if Facebook isn't available, you will only be able to sync your account to another iPad if you are already using an iPad or iPhone.
- Android: If you are using an Android Device and don't have Facebook, you can still sync your account using Google Play Games. You will only be able to sync it to another Android device.
Please note, we are not able to merge accounts if you have multiple profiles or get locked out of Facebook.
