Power-ups are special abilities that help you daub faster, earn more rewards, or complete Bingos more easily.

How Do I Earn Them?
You can earn power-ups from:
- Daily Treats
- Daily Charge
- Daily Wheel
- Events and seasonal milestones
- Leveling up
- Watching ads (if available)

What are the types of power ups?

Chest - Adds 1 extra chest to each of your cards.

Double xp - Doubles the amount of XP you earn from your Bingo game.

Fast Charge - Speeds up cool down period for Power Up Bar and lets you use a power up after 2 daubs.

Triple Daub - Randomly daubs 3 spaces per card.

Wild Daub - Will automatically daub the final spot you need for a bingo.

How Do Power-Ups Charge During a Bingo Game?
Power-ups do not activate instantly, even if you already own them. Each power-up has a charge meter that fills as you play.

Generate a power up by daubing 3 spaces on your Bingo Card, it will appear on the upper right corner on your screen. Simply tap on the power up to activate and use it!

Why Can’t I Use a Power-Up Even If I Own Many? Here are the main reasons a power-up may appear “locked”:

1.
The Power-Up Isn’t Allowed in That Game Mode
Some rooms or event types have restrictions that disable certain power-ups, especially when
switching between regular and special rooms.

2.
You Don’t Currently Own the Power-Up the Game Is Offering
Sometimes the game displays a power-up option that you don’t have in your inventory. When this happens, a gem purchase option appears.

This does NOT mean:
- Your existing power-ups are being blocked
- The game is forcing you to spend Gems

It means the system is offering an optional purchase if you’d like to use that specific powerup.

3.
You Used All Available Copies During the Round
Once you activate a power-up during a game, it consumes one copy from your inventory. If you run out mid-round, the button may switch to a Gem purchase option.

4.
Some Power Ups can only be used Once or Twice within a Game
When this happens and a player doesn't have enough of other power-ups, you will be able to make a purchase.
