When you've opened enough supply boxes and collected enough supplies, you'll be able to create a decoration in Design Dream. Each decoration requires a different variety and amount of supply items to create. Once you create them, you'll be given prizes like Bingo Tokens and Designer Points!

To progress through Design Dream, create all the decorations in a stage to move onto the next stage. Each stage contains bigger and better rewards :)
