You can block communications from any user by selecting their name and opening their profile. From the profile window, select the red (!) button in the bottom right corner to block the user.

Please note that you can filter all messages from players that you haven't accepted as a friend in your "Message Settings". Just click the "Gear" icon in your message box (top-left) and select "Accept messages from friends & club members".
