We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing lag. If you are playing on a PC/Mac, it's always best to use the Google Chrome browser and have Hardware Acceleration turned "ON"

It can be found by opening the options dropdown from the 3 dots near the top right of the browser (circled in red below)

Click the "Settings" button in this menu. Then, click the Advanced dropdown on the left side of the window (circled in red below)

After opening the Advanced dropdown, select "System". Ensure that hardware acceleration when available is toggled "On" (circled in red below)
