We're so sorry to hear about this.  Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if this helps

​1. Try closing and reopening the app.  90% of the time, this REALLY helps with any app that is locking up. 
2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  It's possible that the installation of the app was interrupted. 
3. Try playing in your "Guest" account.  Do you still experience errors?  If so, this might be specific to your profile/account

- Frequency at which you freeze (how many games out of 10 does this happen to?)
